All wash chemicals are delivered to the system via an automated injection system. This ensure precise consistent formulas resulting in increased cleaning efficiencies. All wash formulas include a multi chemical injection process, extensive agitation to maximize cleaning effectiveness and several fresh water rinses for optimum results.
Following the wash process, all items are dried in large capacity dyers equipped with humidity sensors. The sensors assure the items are dried for the appropriate amount of time without damaging the fibers. |
