The transportation to and from the customer is completely controlled by ENS. Customer service is incorporated into every phase of our service, starting with the preparation of the transport papers until the loading and unloading of the protective clothing at the customer's site. Only trained authorized transport companies are contracted and "exclusive use" vehicles are used.
All garments pass through an entrance monitor upon receipt at the ENS facility. The monitor segregates radioactively contaminated from non-radioactive clothing. To prevent the possibility of cross contamination, there are two separate processing lines to handle contaminated and non-contaminated clothing.
